【注意喚起】海外予約サイト（Agoda等）ご利用時のご予約に関するご案内
平素よりエースイン松本をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当ホテルが提携する予約サイトを通じて提供した空室が、一部の旅行代理店によって、海外予約サイト（Agoda等）で転売されており、以下のようなトラブルが発生しております。
・ご予約情報がホテルに通知されず、お部屋の確保がされていない
・ご予約完了からホテルへの通知までにタイムラグがあり（長い場合は数日）、チェックイン時に予約確認でき
ない
・お客様に送られた予約内容と、ホテル側の情報に差異がある（部屋タイプ・宿泊日・予約番号等）
・ホテル設定料金よりも高額で販売されているケースがある
・キャンセル不可条件で販売されることがある
以上のことから、海外予約サイト（Agoda等）経由でのご予約につきましては、ホテルへ直接ご連絡を頂いても手続きの都合上、一切の確認・変更・キャンセル（クレジットカードでの事前決済を含む）が出来ない場合がございます。
誠に恐れ入りますが、ご予約内容の確認・変更・キャンセルにつきましては、お客様ご自身でご予約された予約サイトへ直接お問い合わせくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice: Important Information Regarding Reservations Made Through Overseas Booking Sites (e.g., Agoda)
Thank you for choosing Ace Inn Matsumoto.
Recently, we have confirmed cases where room inventory provided by our official partner booking sites has been resold on overseas travel websites (such as Agoda) by third-party agents. This has unfortunately led to the following issues:
Examples of Issues That Have Occurred:
・Reservation details are not transmitted to the hotel, resulting in rooms not being secured.
・There is a time lag (sometimes several days) between the reservation being confirmed by the customer
and the hotel receiving the notification, making it difficult to verify bookings at check-in.
・Discrepancies between the reservation details received by the customer and the information transmitted to the hotel (e.g., room type, dates, reservation number).
・Cases where rooms are sold at significantly higher prices than the rates set by the hotel.
・Cases where bookings are sold under non-refundable conditions.
Due to the above, we may not be able to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations made through overseas booking sites (including those with credit card prepayments), even if you contact the hotel directly.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly ask that you contact the booking site directly through which you made your reservation for any inquiries regarding confirmation, changes, or cancellations.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
